The main regulations of the commission’s work are set out in the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated April 23, 2013 No. 240n “On the Procedure and timing of certification for medical workers and pharmaceutical workers to obtain a qualification category.”

Certification form - full-time.

Certification of specialists takes place in three stages:

Stage 1 - analysis and evaluation content report specialist;

Stage 2 - conducting computer testing by specialty;

Stage 3 - conducting an interview on issues related to the professional activities of the certified person. To pass the test and interview you must have identification documents, and replacement shoes!

Specialists who have expressed a desire to undergo certification to obtain a qualification category submit the following documents to the certification commission:

• application addressed to the chairman of the certification commission (in printed form);
• completed printed certification sheet;
• a report on professional activities for the last three years (for specialists with higher education), for one year (for specialists with secondary education), signed by the specialist himself and the head of the department, agreed with the head and certified by the seal of the organization whose employee the specialist is;
• a copy of the work book, certified page by page. The last entry should be the entry: “He is currently working in this position”;
• copies of education documents (diploma, diplomas, certificates), certified in the prescribed manner;
• certified copies confirming the academic degree;
• a certified copy of the certificate for the certified specialty;
• a certified copy of the document on the existing qualification category (if available);
• certified copies of documents on improvement and advanced training;
• certificate of part-time work or medical work (if necessary);
• in case of change of surname, name, patronymic - a copy of the document confirming the fact of change of surname, name, patronymic;
• a copy of the insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance (SNILS).
