  4. If the product was not used in accordance with its intended purpose or in conditions for which it was not intended.
  5. If the product has mechanical damage, both internal and external, resulting from improper storage or operation.

  7. Damage to goods caused by elements, fire, or household factors.
  8. If cracking and swelling of parts are detected due to violation of operating conditions (direct contact with water, or operation in rooms with low or high humidity).

Acceptance of goods in terms of quantity, quality (with respect to visible defects) and assortment is carried out during the transfer of the goods to the buyer.

After this, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding quantity, quality (with respect to visible defects) and assortment, except in cases provided for by the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.
