5.1. The working hours of the Chief Engineer are determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established at the enterprise.
5.2. Due to production needs, the Chief Engineer may go on business trips (including local ones).
5.3. To resolve operational issues to ensure production activities, the Chief Engineer may be allocated official vehicles.
5.4. To ensure his activities, the chief engineer is given the right to sign organizational and administrative documents on issues included in his functional responsibilities.
