In the Government of the region, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, Vladimir Solodov, introduced the new chief federal inspector for the Khabarovsk Territory, Vitaly Kryuchkov. Previously, he served as head of the department for economic and social policy of the office of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District. Now the main task of Vitaly Kryuchkov will be to control the implementation of decrees and orders of the President of the country in the territory of the region.
Representatives of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities, heads of territorial branches of government agencies and departments of supervisory authorities took part in the ceremony.
As the Governor of the region Vyacheslav Shport noted, the help and support of the chief federal inspector is invaluable for the region.
“I hope that the scientific potential and creative experience that Vitaly Kryuchkov possesses will be useful in solving our main problems. Using a constructive approach and available tools, we will make our citizens feel comfortable. We hope to support the areas of work outlined by the President of the country, the development of the investment attractiveness of the region, socio-economic development and the consolidation of the efforts of all branches of government in resolving these issues,” the Governor noted.
For your information, Vitaly Kryuchkov was born in 1976 in the Rostov region. He graduated from the Rostov State Economic Academy and is a Doctor of Economics. At various times he held leadership positions in commercial structures and conducted teaching activities. Before his appointment to the office of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, he was a member of the council of strategic initiatives to promote new projects, and was actively involved in issues of the investment climate.
“Today, in order to achieve our goals, we need the consolidation of all branches of government in matters of improving business, economic development, and improving the level and quality of life of citizens. These issues are on the agenda of Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative Yuri Trutnev. I see my main task as coordinating the federal, regional and municipal authorities operating in the Khabarovsk Territory, increasing the investment attractiveness of the region, providing assistance to the Governor of the region, representatives of executive authorities, and promoting the region at the federal level. Far Eastern Federal District, Far Eastern Federal District - federal district of the Russian Federation in the Far East. Founded by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2000. The main areas of the economy: mining, gold mining, fishing and forestry, non-ferrous metallurgy and shipbuilding.
The Far East is a region with the richest reserves of natural resources. Gold and diamonds are mined in the Republic of Sakha. Sakhalin is rich in oil and gas, the sea is rich in fish. The Amur Region produces two thirds of all grain crops in the district and 50% of soybeans. The region has the richest forest area. The forestry and woodworking industries of Primorye, Khabarovsk Territory and Amur Region occupy a significant share in the all-Russian export of wood, production of lumber, and fiberboards. The river network stimulates the development of shipping in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk territories, the Magadan region, Yakutia, as well as the fishing industry and hydropower.
