Previously, he served as head of the department for economic and social policy of the office of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District. Now the main task of Vitaly Kryuchkov will be to control the implementation of decrees and orders of the President of the country in the territory of the region.

Representatives of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities, heads of territorial branches of government agencies and departments of supervisory authorities took part in the ceremony.

As the Governor of the region Vyacheslav Shport noted, the help and support of the chief federal inspector is invaluable for the region.

“I hope that the scientific potential and creative experience that Vitaly Kryuchkov possesses will be useful in solving our main problems. Using a constructive approach and available tools, we will make our citizens feel comfortable. We hope to support the areas of work outlined by the President of the country, the development of the investment attractiveness of the region, socio-economic development and the consolidation of the efforts of all branches of government in resolving these issues,” the Governor noted.

At various times he held leadership positions in commercial structures and conducted teaching activities. Before his appointment to the office of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, he was a member of the council of strategic initiatives to promote new projects, and was actively involved in issues of the investment climate.
