  • The sender's accounting department does this for the first time and made a mistake. The recipient of the payment may also provide erroneous details when submitting an application for benefits. Typically, such letters are accepted from the sender himself or his bank.
  • The payment purpose of the payment order does not indicate the sender's information: account and card number, full name. This often happens when an individual payment is sent. Sending a clarifying letter may also be a solution to the issue. Otherwise, after a certain time, the money will be returned back to the sender of the child benefits.

The payment has been received, but there is no register

Registers can be delivered electronically or on paper. In such a situation, the bank simply does not know to whom to credit the received payment. Here, only the sender can definitely solve the problem. On their side, the problem may be that the person signing the register was not there, or the shipment was delayed due to technical problems, or due to the notorious human factor.

The amount in the payment does not match the amount from the register

For example, a payment order is for 352,000 rubles, and the register amount is 364,000 rubles. Then the sender must transfer the missing amount or change the register.

The payment recipient's data does not match the data in the bank's database

For example, the passport details or full name may not match. This often happens because the woman got married, changed her name and passport, notified her employer about this, but did not provide the information to the bank. And the bank, in turn, cannot make a transfer due to a discrepancy in such data. As they say, draw your own conclusions.

Due to the fault of the bank, the benefit may not be credited due to a serious technical failure in the system, which, fortunately, happens extremely rarely.

What to do if the money has not arrived

If SMS does not arrive for a long time, you should first contact the sender. When it is explained to you that the funds have been transferred, specify the number, amount and date of the payment order. It is from this data that you can find out the truth in the bank. Next, contact the bank (department dealing with deposits), dictate the received data. The operator will be able to tell you whether the payment actually arrived. It should be noted here that the sender’s accounting department will not always provide you with the necessary information. If there is a need to care for an older child, the mother or one of the relatives has the right to leave until the child turns 3 years old while maintaining her job. However, the state is symbolic - 50 rubles monthly transfers.

For a child under 16 and 18 years old

This regional benefit, assigned by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to the needy segments of the population: parents and some others.

Financial support from the state is provided to citizens who become parents for their second and subsequent children. Regardless of the number of children in the family, you can only get a state one once.
