In the SZV-K form, you also need to indicate other periods that are counted in the insurance experience. These include:

1) the period of military or other service, equated to military in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation of February 12, 1993 No. 4468-1. At the same time, the time of training in military educational institutions of vocational education is also considered a period of military service (paragraph 2 of article 35 of the Law of March 28, 1998, No. 53-FZ). Depending on the duration and results of training (including deductions from the educational institution), this time can be counted in different ways in the service life (clause 4 of article 35 of the Law of March 28, 1998, No. 53-FZ). In this case, the final service life is reflected in the military ID. It is his employer who should be indicated when filling out the SZV-K form;

2) the period of receiving sick leave benefits for temporary incapacity for work;

3) the period of care of one of the parents for each child until they reach the age of 1.5 years (but not more than 4.5 years in total);

4) periods:

  • receiving unemployment benefits;
  • participation in paid community service;
  • relocation (resettlement) in the direction of the state employment service to another locality for employment;

5) the period of detention of persons unreasonably brought to criminal responsibility, unreasonably repressed and subsequently rehabilitated, and the period of serving the sentence by these persons in places of deprivation of freedom and exile;

6) the period of care of an able-bodied person for a disabled person of group I, a disabled child or for a person who has reached the age of 80;

7) the period of residence of the spouses of military personnel doing military service under the contract, together with the spouses in the areas where they could not work due to the lack of employment opportunities, but not more than five years in total;

8) the period of residence abroad of the spouses of employees directed:

  • to diplomatic missions and consular offices of Russia;
  • to the permanent missions of Russia at international organizations;
  • to trade missions of Russia in foreign countries;
  • to representations of federal executive bodies, state bodies under federal executive bodies or as representatives of these bodies abroad, as well as to representations of Russian state institutions (state bodies and state institutions of the USSR) abroad;
  • to international organizations according to the list approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2008 No. 885.

The periods specified in clause 8 should be reflected in the SZV-K form according to their actual duration, but not more than five years in total.

The periods listed in clauses 1-8 should be reflected in the SZV-K form if they were preceded and (or) followed by periods of work (regardless of their duration) specified in Article 10 of the Law of December 17, 2001 No. 173-FZ. At the same time, the time gap between the end of such periods and the beginning of labor activity does not matter.

An example of reflection in the SZV-K form of the insurance experience of a woman who first found a job after the birth of a child

The first entry in the work book of A.P. Ivanova is dated September 30, 2000. In 1998, Ivanova gave birth to a child. The date of birth is indicated in the certificate - February 1, 1998.
The insurance period for the appointment of a labor pension includes the period of caring for a child until the child reaches the age of 1.5 years. This period is determined on the basis of the birth certificate - from February 1, 1998 to July 31, 1999. Despite the fact that more than a year has passed between the end of the childcare period and the start of labor activity, this period is reflected in the SZV-K form on the basis of the child's birth certificate.

This follows from the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 2, articles 10, 11 of the Law of December 17, 2001 No. 173-FZ, paragraph 2 of the Rules approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 2, 2014 No. 1015, paragraph 3 of paragraph 2 of the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation dated July 10, 2007 No. 9-P and paragraph 3 of clause 2.1 of the definition of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation dated November 20, 2007 No. 798-O-O.

Specify the type of period (code) in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instruction, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p. For example, the code "SERVICE" is provided for the period of military service.

Labor activity: territorial and special conditions

Fill in the column "Territorial conditions (code)" of the table in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instruction approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p. For insured persons working for territories attributed to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas , indicate the size of the district coefficient, established in a centralized manner, to the salaries of employees of non-production sectors in these districts. Indicate this coefficient as a number with a fractional part separated by commas (for example, "ISS 1.7").

Fill in the column "Special working conditions (code)" of the table in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instruction approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p.

There are two cases when in this column it is necessary to indicate not one code, but two. In this case, the second is written in the line below.

The first case: an employee performs work that gives him the right to early assignment of an old-age retirement pension in accordance with Lists No. 1 and No. 2, approved by Resolution No. 10 of the USSR Cabinet of Ministers dated January 26, 1991.

The second case: the right to an early retirement pension arises in accordance with subparagraph 11 of paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law of December 17, 2001 No. 173-FZ. For such an employee, it will be necessary to additionally indicate the code of the profession in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instruction, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p.

Labor activity: seniority

Fill in the column "Grounds (code)" of the calculated length of service in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instruction, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p. In this case, set the value "SEASON" only if a full season has been worked out at the works provided for in the lists of seasonal works. These lists are determined by sectoral (intersectoral) agreements (Article 293 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

Fill in the column "Additional information" of the calculated length of service in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instruction, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p.

However, in some cases, there is a special procedure for filling out this column (see the table below).

How to fill

The employee was engaged in work with special working conditions not every day during the calendar period limited by the dates "Start of the period" and "End of the period"

Indicate the number of calendar months and days worked in special working conditions. For example: "2 m. 20 days."

The insured person is convicted and is serving a sentence in places of deprivation of liberty

Give the number of calendar months and days of work included in the length of service. For example, "2 pm 20 days."

The insured person is a diver

Enter the actual time spent underwater (hours, minutes). For example, "26 h 30 min."

At the same time, when in the column "Grounds (code)" of the calculated length of service, the values \u200b\u200b"SEASON" or "VODOLAZ" are indicated, it is necessary to make a breakdown by calendar years. For example, if an employee worked as a diver from September 23, 1989 to February 10, 1990, then two periods of activity must be reflected in the SZV-K form:

Labor activity: length of service

Fill in the column "Grounds (code)" of the length of service in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Instruction, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p.

In the column "Additional information" on the length of service, depending on the value indicated in the column "Grounds (code)" of the length of service, indicate the relevant information:

  • flying hours (hours, minutes);
  • the number of parachute jumps;
  • number of descents (ascents);
  • actually worked time (months, days);
  • the amount of work (percentage of the rate) for the position held
  • number of teaching hours.

At the same time, if the regulatory legal documents define the conditions under which the specified period is included in the length of service, fill in the data on the length of service broken down by calendar years. For example, if an employee worked as a pilot from September 23, 1989 to February 10, 1990, then two periods of activity must be reflected in the SZV-K form:

  • from September 23, 1989 to December 31, 1989;
  • from January 1, 1990 to February 10, 1990.

Labor activity: profession and position

Fill in the "Profession or position" column in accordance with the document confirming the period of activity. For example, on the basis of a work book. Moreover, if the work experience is not preferential, that is, the person was not employed in harmful work, then it is enough to enter the first position to which he was enrolled. When in the citizen's track record there were types of work that give the right to early retirement, you will have to reflect all transfers by position and structure.

Labor activity: general work experience

When filling out the information as of January 1, 2002, to assess the pension rights of the insured person (conversion), consider the following.

Calculate the indicators "Total work experience" and "Experience giving the right to early assignment of a pension" taking into account the requirements of paragraph 61 of the Instruction approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2006 No. 192p. At the same time, the length of service giving the right to early assignment of a pension must be shown in the form of SZV-K in the context of the relevant working conditions:

  • territorial;
  • special;
  • determining the right to a seniority pension.

In the appropriate columns, indicate the total length of service in working conditions (years, months, days).

Familiarization of the employee with the SZV-K form

When you enter all the data in the SZV-K form, familiarize the employee with whom you are submitting such a report. After that, he must put his personal signature on the form. Be sure to give one copy of this form to the insured person.

On the basis of individual information, the Hermes accountant filled out the SZV-K form and submitted it to the territorial branch of the Pension Fund of Russia within the proposed time frame.

The right not to draw up or submit Form SZV-K

It happens that it is not possible to submit the SZV-K form to the FIU. There is simply no data on the employee, for example, he has already quit his job or he did not have any seniority for the period before 2002. In this case, send to the territorial office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation letter, in which indicate the reason for the refusal.

New form SZV-K: what is this report and who should submit it? The report provides for the inclusion of information on the length of service of employees for the period up to 2002. But why then did the Pension Fund need this report in 2017? Are all employers obliged to submit the SZV-K report? What legal norms regulate the deadlines for the delivery of SZV-K in 2017? We will answer the most common questions and provide a sample of filling out a new form.

Form SZV-K: what is it for

Form SZV-K is intended to reflect the work experience of an individual for the periods up to 2002. Form SZV-K is included in the personalized accounting information. It was approved by the Resolution of the PFR Board dated January 11, 2017 No. 2n. That is, we can say that the reporting form is relatively new. The form looks like this:

Section on periods of employment

The section “Periods of labor or other socially useful activity” is, in fact, the most important and informative section of the new report. Include information in it:

  • on the dates of the beginning and end of labor activity (clause 33 of Instruction No. 2p);
  • on the periods giving the right to early assignment of retirement pensions to certain categories of citizens (clause 33 of Instruction No. 2p).

How to enter information about the periods of work

Information about the work must be shown in SZV-K in chronological order. Simply put: the first line should be about the first place of work (period of experience). However, remember that information should only be shown about seniority before January 1, 2002. That is, the report form must end with a maximum date of 12/31/2001.

If, when filling out the report, the periods of work will "overlap", then they will need to be "joined". Let's give an example. Suppose that a citizen was dismissed on July 11, 1998, and was admitted to the next organization earlier - on July 9, 1998. Then indicate the first period until July 11, 1998 inclusive, and the next period - from the next day, that is, from July 12, 1998.

Show the names of employers (or duty stations) in the field "Name of organizations" in this section exactly as indicated in the work book (or military ID "). That is, if, for example, the full name is indicated in the work book, then write down the full name in the report, if the abbreviated one, enter the abbreviated one.

The SZV-K form on seniority is included in the documents in the compulsory pension insurance system. She is approved by the resolution of the PFR Board of January 11, 2017 N 2p... The same document approved the instructions for filling it out. In this report, employers must indicate information about the insured person for the period before registration in the compulsory pension insurance system, that is, until January 1, 2002.

The law does not provide for a deadline for submitting this report to the FIU. Employers should only submit this form at the request of the Pension Fund. Most often this happens when the FIU does not have information about the length of service of the insured persons who work in the organization before 2002. On the basis of Article 8 of the Federal Law "On Individual (Personified) Accounting in the Compulsory Pension Insurance System" dated 01.04.1996 N 27-FZ, employers are obliged to provide the Pension Fund with the necessary information about all persons who:

  • work in a company under an employment contract;
  • concluded that premiums for which are charged with insurance premiums.

If there is no information in the organization, then the question arises: how to fill out SZV-K if there is no experience? For example, a person did not work at all until 2002 or has already quit the organization (his work record is missing). In this case, the employer must still inform his territorial PFR office about this by sending a letter there indicating the reason why it is not possible to provide information about the length of service.

After we have found out about the SZV-K report, what it is and who is giving it, we can figure out how to fill it out.

Example of filling out SZV-K: step by step instructions

The rules for filling out the SZV-K form are defined in clauses 31 - 33 of Instruction No. 2p. All information in the form must be entered solely on the basis of data from the work book and other documents that the employee submitted to the personnel department to confirm his work experience. In addition to the work book, it can be:

  • personal accounts and payroll statements,
  • certificates issued by employers or relevant state (municipal) authorities,
  • written employment contracts,
  • extracts from orders.

All these documents are included in the list of years of service, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of October 2, 2014 N 1015.

For the standard SZV-K form, the instructions for filling out are as follows:

1. We enter the personal data of the employee

First, you need to enter all the employee's data in the form:

  1. insurance number,
  2. date of birth.

2. Specify the type of form

After that, on the right of the form, you need to indicate the type of form, choosing from three options:

  • original,
  • corrective,
  • canceling.

Obviously, the first type must be selected upon the initial submission of the document to the FIU. The other two are intended to clarify and correct errors if they were discovered after the report was sent to the Pension Fund.

3. We fill in the sections of the name of the organization and periods of activity

The SZV-K form of work experience is filled in chronologically for the period from the beginning of the labor or other socially useful activities of the insured person until January 1, 2002. It is necessary to indicate the name of each enterprise where the insured person worked, and the dates of the beginning and end of labor activity, which are used to calculate the duration of the total length of service. Particular attention should be paid to the periods that give the right to certain categories of citizens.

In addition, you need to pay attention to the code of the territorial conditions. They are given in the resolution of the PF RF Board of 11.01.2017 N 3p. For example, the code "Ch31" means work in the exclusion zone and is valid since January 1, 1996. The code "MKS 1.15", which contains a sample of filling SZV-K, given below, means labor activity for 1.15 years.

4. Filling out the section for assessing pension rights

Next, you need to summarize all the information entered into the form to assess the pension rights of the insured person. The rules for filling out this section are given in paragraph 32 of Instruction No. 2p. In fact, the employer must summarize the duration of the total length of service of the insured person and the length of service that gives the right to early assignment of retirement pension. To do this, you need to calculate this experience using a special formula. The calculation algorithm is given in clause 33 to the Instruction:

  1. All dates of the end of the periods from the section "Periods of labor or other socially useful activity" must be added up (numbers, months and years are summed up separately).
  2. All the dates of the beginning of the periods from the section "Periods of labor or other socially useful activity" must also be added.
  3. Between the amounts received, you need to calculate the difference.
  4. One day must be added to each day totals for all terminations.
  5. Record the results obtained in front of the corresponding code of the territorial conditions.

We sign SZV-K

The document must be signed by the head of the employing company. In addition, it must be certified with a seal (if any). After that, the completed SZV-K must be signed by the insured person to whom it is presented. Such an employee must be given a copy of it (Article 15 of the Law on Personified Accounting).

When and where is the SZV-K form submitted?

There are no deadlines for the SZV-K form. When the territorial body of the PFR at the place of registration of the employer requests information about the length of service in the SZV-K form, he can indicate exactly when it must be sent to the address of the PFR office - this period must be observed. Information can be provided in paper or electronic form. At the same time, for the electronic version, the format is approved by Appendix 3 to Instruction No. 2p.

The obligation to send reports to the FIU in electronic form arises for those employers who have employed 25 or more insured persons in the previous reporting period (paragraph 2 of article 8 of the Law on Personified Accounting). However, this rule does not apply to the SZV-K form, since it is not submitted at the end of the reporting period and is a document on demand. Therefore, the employer can choose the form in which it is more convenient for him to send this report. If you send information in electronic form through telecommunication channels, then they will sooner appear on the individual personal account of the insured person. Together with the report, you must send an inventory of documents for.

Responsibility for refusing to hand over SZV-K

If the management of the organization ignored the request of the FIU and did not provide the SZV-K form on time, or provided the report in an incomplete volume, it may be held administratively liable under Article 15.33.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. In this case, officials can be fined from 300 to 500 rubles. A similar liability is provided for individual entrepreneurs. In addition, the organization itself under Article 25 can be punished to compensate the PFR body in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, that is, through the courts.

Form SZV-K in 2018 - who passes

The SZV-K report is required to reflect information about the length of service until 2002. Such data is needed by the FIU in order to calculate pension points for each insured person. To calculate, the Fund needs to know not only the amount of insurance "pension" contributions paid for an employee since 2002, but also his work experience for the period up to 01.01.2002, i.e. before the introduction of the new pension insurance system with the payment of mandatory insurance contributions.

For the first time, employers reported such data on their employees to the FIU in 2003. But even today, the FIU still does not have information on the length of service accumulated until 2002 for all citizens, which means that it will not be able to correctly calculate insurance pensions for many of them. For this purpose, the Fund sends to employers (individual entrepreneurs and companies) inquiries about persons for whom data on work prior to 2002 were not available. It is in response to such a request that the employer completes SZV-K in 2018. That is, this report is not regular, but is sent only at the specific request of the FIU, which also indicates the deadline for submitting the form.

If at the time of receipt of the request, the employee no longer works for this employer (and did not work for him in the period until 2002), it is necessary to inform the Fund about the impossibility to provide the SZV-K form, since the work book, and therefore the required information about the length of service until 2002 g., the policyholder does not.

Filling out forms SZV-K

The form is filled in according to the Instruction approved by the same PFR decree No. 2p (Appendix No. 2), here is also the procedure for the formation of packages of documents when they are transferred to the Fund branch.

The general rules for filling out allow you to enter data into the form manually in block letters (ballpoint pen, ink), typewritten or on a computer. Any font color is allowed, except for green and red.

Documents on the basis of which SZV-K is filled in:

    personal data are entered according to the passport (or other identity card);

    insurance number of the personal account of an individual - according to the SNILS certificate;

    data on insurance experience up to 2002 - according to entries from the work book, as well as according to data from other documents confirming the experience: employment contracts, extracts from orders, employers' certificates, etc. The data are entered in chronological order, starting from the very first period of labor activity and until 01.01.2002.

Form type

In this part of SZV-K, the letter "X" in the appropriate cell indicates which form is submitted by the insured in the reporting period:

    "Original" - if the form is submitted for the first time,

    "Corrective" - \u200b\u200bif the form is sold instead of the previously submitted original due to the presence of errors in it, and all information is re-indicated in full, and not only corrected,

    "Canceling" - is submitted if it is necessary to cancel the previously submitted information on the insured person.

Personal data of an individual

This block includes:

    insurance number (SNILS);

    Full name of the insured person (in the nominative case);

    date of birth (day, month, year);

    "Territorial living conditions as of 12/31/2001" - this parameter is filled in according to the classifier of Appendix No. 1 to the Instructions for filling. For example, for those living in the Far North - "RKS", in areas equated to it - "MKS", indicating the regional coefficient, etc. The field can be left blank if there were no special living conditions.

Periods of work or other activity

This block contains information about the periods of work or other socially useful activities (military service, etc.) included in the length of service, incl. the dates of the beginning and end of the activity used in calculating the total length of service, as well as the periods of work that give the right to early assignment of a pension to certain categories of persons. A detailed procedure for calculating seniority is given in clause 33 of the Instructions.

For each place of work, the following data are indicated:

    the name of the employer, as indicated in the work book (or other supporting document);

    type of activity - the code is indicated in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Instruction;

    beginning and end of the period of the corresponding activity (in the format "dd.mm.yyyy");

    the code of territorial (Far North, exclusion zone, etc.) or special (heavy, harmful work, etc.) working conditions is indicated in accordance with the classifier of Appendix No. 1 to the Instruction;

    "Basis (code)" under the column "Calculated length of service" is filled in according to the classifier of Appendix No. 1 to the Instruction;

    “Basis (code)” of the columns on “Length of service” is filled in according to the above-mentioned classifier, and “Additional information” depends on the type of length of service (actually worked hours, hours of service, number of descents, etc.);

    "Profession or position" is filled in as indicated in the work book (or other relevant document).

The end of the period at the last place of work, if the employee continued to work in the specified organization in 2002, is indicated by the date "12/31/2001".

Information as of January 01, 2002 for the assessment of pension rights

In this part, the SZV-K form reflects the total length of service, as well as the length of service for which it is possible to assign an early retirement pension.

The rules for calculating the experience are given in clause 33 of the Instructions. So, in order to calculate the total length of service, the beginning must be separately summed up the dates of the end and the beginning of the periods of work, and then calculate the difference. Periods of work should be added one day for each case of dismissal. In our example of the SZV-K form (a sample is given below), the calculation will be as follows:

    add up the dates of the end of the periods of activity: 03/01/1990 + 06/25/1999 + 12/31/2001 \u003d 57.21.5990;

    also add the dates of the beginning of the periods: 03/01/1988 + 04/01/1990 + 08/29/1999 \u003d 31.15.5977;

    the experience will be: 57.21.5990 - 31.15.5977 \u003d 26.6.13 or 13 years 6 months 26 days. Since there was only one case of dismissal (for the second period), add 1 day to the result and get the total length of service equal to 13 years 6 months 27 days.

The length of service that gives the right to early retirement is calculated in a similar way.

After filling out the SZV-K form, you need to familiarize the person for whom it was drawn up with it. In confirmation, the employee puts his signature in the line "I have been familiarized with information about work experience".

From August 1, 2003 to July 1, 2004, employers are obliged to submit to the territorial bodies of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation information on the length of service of their employees as of December 31, 2001.

All this information will be entered into the personal accounts of citizens and used in the future when calculating the length of service and determining the pension according to the new rules.

The new pension system in our country will work in full force only for employees who started their labor activity after January 1, 2002, after the entry into force of the Federal Law of December 17, 2001 No. 173-FZ "On labor pensions in the Russian Federation". At the same time, the pension rights of persons who have a certain length of service by this time will also be properly taken into account and assessed. After all, it would be at least unfair to discount the many years of work during which the employee earned himself the right to a retirement pension day after day. The assessment of employees' pension rights is usually called conversion. For its successful implementation, the personnel services of the enterprise are obliged to submit to the Pension Fund bodies data on the length of service of employees, which they have developed as of December 31, 2001, within a clearly defined time frame.

Based on documents

The main document confirming the periods of work under an employment contract is a work book. If the work book for some reason was not kept or the entries in it were made inaccurately, then these periods can be confirmed by an employment contract drawn up in writing in accordance with the labor legislation in force for the period being confirmed, certificates issued by employers, copies of orders, personal accounts, extracts from payroll records.

The periods of work under civil law contracts (work contract, paid provision of services) are confirmed by a civil law contract drawn up in writing in accordance with the civil law in force for the period being confirmed, as well as by the employer's documents on the payment of mandatory payments.

The time spent on military service is counted on the basis of a military ID, certificates of military commissariats, entries in the work book made on the basis of relevant documents.

The period of caring for a child until he reaches the age of one and a half years is confirmed by documents on the birth of the child and his reaching the age of one and a half years. In this case, a certificate from the place of work of the second parent may be required, since it is necessary to decide the question of which of the parents should count this period.

The period of receiving unemployment benefits is confirmed by a certificate from the state employment service.

Works under copyright and licensing agreements are confirmed by these agreements, concluded in writing in compliance with the legislation in force for the period being confirmed, as well as by certificates of the pension fund or tax authority on the payment of mandatory payments.

In the same way (by the relevant agreement between the employer and the employee and a certificate of payment of mandatory payments), the periods of work for individuals are confirmed.

The periods of employment as an individual entrepreneur are confirmed by the documents of the Pension Fund and tax authorities on the payment of compulsory payments (See the Rules for calculating and confirming the insurance experience for the establishment of a labor pension, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of 07.24.02 No. 555 as amended by the Government of the Russian Federation of 08.08. 03 No. 475).

The procedure for filling out SZV-K

To correctly fill out the SZV-K form, you must follow the Instructions for filling out forms of individual (personified) accounting in the state pension insurance system, approved by the Resolution of the PFR Board dated 21.10.02 No. 122p. It contains detailed guidelines for preparing this document.

We start filling out the form by indicating the personal data and the employee's insurance number. Surname, name, patronymic, date of birth are recorded on the basis of a passport, international passport, other documents issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, identity card, military card. The insurance number is indicated on the basis of a certificate of compulsory pension insurance.

Section "Territorial living conditions as of 31.12.2001" to be filled in if the employee, as of the specified period, lived in the Far North or areas equated to them. In this case, the RKS or ISS code is indicated. If the employee did not live in these areas or localities, then the section is not filled in, but a dash is not put.

In section "Form type" one value should be marked with an "X". If SZV-K is filled in for the first time, then a cross must be placed in front of the word "Initial". If the certificate is submitted for the purpose of changing the information about the employee presented in the "original form" for the reporting period, then the "Corrective" one is marked. And if using this form you want to cancel the previously submitted information, you must select the "Cancel" value.

"Periods of labor or other social activity" ... This section describes in detail all periods of work (service, other activities) up to December 31, 2001 inclusive.

"Name of company" ... The name of the organization where the employee directly worked during the specified period is indicated here.

In section "Kind of activity" the code of the type of activity of the insured person in the specified organization is indicated. WORK - work included in seniority. SERVICE - military and other types of service. SOCSTRAKH - receiving benefits for state social insurance. CHILDREN CARE - caring for a child upon reaching the age of one and a half years. BEZR - receiving benefits for state social insurance, etc. in accordance with the classifier "Types of labor or other socially useful activities." This classifier is attached to the already mentioned Instructions for filling out personalized accounting forms (Appendix 1).

Next comes the filling in the columns. In the graph "No. p / p" the serial number of the record about the period of activity is put. In this table, a serial number is affixed only for lines in which the beginning and end of the period of labor activity are filled.

In the graph "Period start (dd.mm.yyyy)" the date of employment in the specified organization for the specified position is put down. In the graph "End of period (dd.mm.yyyy)" the date of completion of work in the specified position (transfer, dismissal) is indicated. If an employee is not eligible for a preferential pension, then the transfer within one organization can be omitted, indicating the entire period of work. In this case, in the "Profession or position" section, the profession (position) for which the employee was hired is indicated.

In the graph "Territorial conditions (code)" the code of the territorial conditions is indicated if the employee is entitled to a preferential pension in connection with work in a certain area. RKS - regions of the Far North, ISS - areas equated to the regions of the Far North. The coefficient is indicated not as a percentage, but as a number with a fraction: 1.4, 1.7, etc. If the employee did not work in the territories that give the right to early assignment of a pension, then this column is not filled out.

In the graph "Special working conditions (code)" the code of special working conditions is indicated if the employee is entitled to a preferential pension in accordance with Lists No. 1 and 2. For example, ЗП12А - underground work, work with harmful working conditions, in hot shops, ЗП12Б - work with difficult working conditions, etc. in accordance with the Instructions for filling out personalized accounting forms.

Count "Calculated length of service" consists of two columns: "Base (code)" and "Additional information". To be filled in if from the total period of work in the specified organization it is necessary to select the period of work that gives the right to a preferential pension.

Count "Length of service" also consists of two parts: "Base (code)" and "Additional information". This information is entered in the event that a person has the right to early assignment of a pension in accordance with pension legislation.

After that, the final information is filled in.

In the same way, the length of service is calculated, which gives the right to a preferential pension according to territorial conditions, in connection with special working conditions and for length of service.

We sign and introduce

At the bottom of the SZV-K form in the section "Sheet" the number of the sheet to be filled in is indicated. In section "Information is presented on ___ sheets" the total number of sheets completed per employee is indicated. Each sheet is signed by the head of the organization indicating the position and decryption of the signature. Then the date of signing the document is put, and the signature of the head is sealed with the seal of the organization. After that, the employee gets acquainted with the information filled in on him and puts his signature.

Completed SZV-K forms are submitted to the territorial body of the pension fund in bundles, no more than 200 documents in each. In this case, forms of SZV-K of different types are formed into separate packs. Forms filled out for workers with normal working conditions and SZV-K for workers eligible for a preferential pension are also grouped separately.

An inventory of documents is drawn up for each pack, filled in according to the corresponding Instructions for filling out personalized accounting forms. The sheets of the bundle are stitched and numbered. The ends of the thread are brought out to the back of the bundle, tied and sealed with a sheet of paper, on which the seal of the organization and the certification inscription: "The bundle is stitched, numbered and sealed with the seal of ___ sheets".

At the end of the inventory, the head of the organization certifies all the documents included in the package. He makes a note "I assure that the content of all documents included in the package, consisting of the above number of forms, is correct" and puts his signature, which is again certified by the seal of the organization.

Attached to the package is a list of employees on whom the information is presented. It is filed after the inventory. You cannot embroider a sealed pack.

When filling out the SZV-K form, the question often arises: should the period of study in the full-time department of an educational institution be reflected?

Experts recommend doing this, provided that the employee studied at the full-time department of a higher, secondary technical or secondary specialized educational institution, as well as in graduate school, residency, etc. In this case, the name of the educational institution is indicated in the "Name of the organization" section, and in the section "Type of activity" indicates the code of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Federation. For those who graduated from military educational institutions, the code SERVICE is indicated.

It remains to add that if there is no entry in the work book about the periods of study with a link to the corresponding document, then these periods are confirmed by a document on education or a certificate of an educational institution.
