1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This job description defines the functional duties, rights and responsibilities of the head (head) of the economic security department (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).

1.2. An employee is appointed to a position and dismissed from a position in the manner established by current labor legislation by order of the Head of the Organization.

1.3. The employee reports directly to the _______________ Organization.

1.4. A person who has a higher professional education in the specialty “Economics and Management in Industry” or “Information Security” and work experience in the specialty at AS for at least 3 years is appointed to the position of Employee.

Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, methodological and regulatory documents in the field of ensuring the economic security of nuclear power plants;

Information security methods; organization of operational investigative and private detective activities; organizational structure of the AS and prospects for its development;

Principles of interaction with law enforcement agencies;

The procedure for financing and conducting contractual activities at the NPP;

Methods of planning and accounting of AS inventories;

Requirements for organizing work with personnel at nuclear power plants;

Advanced domestic and foreign experience in ensuring economic security;

Fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management, fundamentals of labor legislation;

Internal labor regulations;

Labor protection and fire safety rules.

2. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Worker:

2.1. Ensures the economic security of the nuclear power plant (NP).

2.2. Organizes the development of regulatory and administrative documents of the plant to ensure its economic security and monitors their implementation.

2.3. Coordinates work to identify and eliminate threats of financial, material and moral damage that pose a threat to the operation and development of the plant.

2.4. Provides information support to management processes for the implementation of a set of economic security measures.

2.5. Organizes the collection, accumulation, analysis and automated recording of information on issues of economic security of nuclear power plants.

2.6. Assesses the reliability and creditworthiness of organizations in order to prevent transactions with unscrupulous counterparties.

2.7. Participates in the development of measures to ensure work with documents containing trade secrets. Participates in the implementation of a unified technical policy at the plant on issues of security and information security.

2.8. Organizes work to identify and localize possible channels of leakage of confidential information during the production activities of the plant.

2.9. Controls the conduct of contract work in order to prevent economic losses of the plant.

2.10. Participates in inspections and internal investigations in AS divisions to identify and prevent violations.

2.11. Interacts with law enforcement agencies, considers requests received by the AC, assists in conducting investigative activities, seizing original documents, protects the economic interests of the AC in courts of various instances.

2.12. Conducts verification of the reliability of biographical data of personnel accepted at the NPP.

2.13. Provides training and maintenance of qualifications for employees of the economic security department.

2.14. Ensures the safety of property assigned to the department.

2.15. Manages employees of the economic security department.

3. RIGHTS

3.1. The employee has the right:

To provide him with work stipulated by the employment contract;

To provide him with a workplace that meets state regulatory requirements for labor protection and the conditions provided for by the collective agreement;

To provide him with complete and reliable information about working conditions and labor protection requirements in the workplace;

For professional training, retraining and advanced training in the manner established by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other federal laws;

To receive materials and documents related to its activities, familiarize itself with draft decisions of the Organization’s management concerning its activities;

To interact with other departments of the Employer to resolve operational issues of their professional activities;

Submit proposals on issues related to your activities for consideration by your immediate supervisor.

3.2. The Employee has the right to demand from the Employer assistance in the performance of his official duties.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

The employee is responsible for:
