1.5. Persons working on copying equipment are required to comply with fire safety rules and know the location of primary fire extinguishing equipment.

1.6. If the equipment malfunctions, stop working, disconnect the copier from the network and report this to the administration of the institution.

3.3. Follow the rules for operating the copying machine and do not allow it to get wet.

3.4. Monitor the proper operation of the copying machine and the integrity of the insulation of the supply cable.

3.5. Do not lean over a working copying machine, stay as far away from it as possible.

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations

This instruction was developed on the basis of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; Federal Law "On the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population" dated March 30, 1999 No. 52-FZ; Sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations "Hygienic requirements for the organization of work on copying equipment" SanPiN 2.2.2.1332-03, approved by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation on May 28, 2003.

  1. Application area

1.1. This Instruction establishes requirements for separate premises with permanent and non-permanent workplaces with a single set of copying equipment.

1.2. This instruction has been developed for workers involved in the operation of copying equipment, creating optimal working conditions to preserve the health of workers by limiting the adverse effects of chemical, physical and other harmful factors that arise during copying work and reducing the risk of developing general and occupational morbidity.

1.3. The work of workers involved in the operation of copying equipment falls into the category of work associated with dangerous and harmful working conditions. During the labor process, workers involved in the operation of copying and duplicating equipment are affected by a complex of dangerous and harmful factors in the production environment, as well as factors of the severity and intensity of the labor process.

1.4. Dangerous and harmful production factors include:

Microclimatic parameters;

Static electricity generated by friction

moving paper with operating mechanisms, as well as poor grounding of the device;

Electromagnetic radiation generated during the operation of copying equipment.

Chemicals released during work and repairs

1.5. Copier equipment is installed and

operated in accordance with current sanitary and epidemiological regulations.

1.6. For copying and duplicating work it is allowed

Before starting work, the employee must:

  • check that the equipment is connected correctly to the electrical network;

3.1. Installation of equipment is carried out taking into account the provision

7. Safety requirements during operation.

7.2. During work, an employee engaged in the operation of copying equipment is prohibited from:

turn off the power while the equipment is operating; do not allow moisture to get on the surface of the device;

turn on highly cooled equipment (brought from outside in winter);

8. Safety requirements in emergency situations

8.1. An employee engaged in the operation of copying equipment is obliged to:

in all cases of detection of broken power wires, faulty grounding and other damage to electrical equipment, or the appearance of a burning smell, immediately turn off the power and report the emergency to the manager;

if you find a person under voltage, immediately release him from the action of the current by turning off the power supply and, until the doctor arrives, provide first aid to the victim;

in any case of malfunction of technical equipment or software, immediately call a representative of the engineering and technical service for the operation of computer equipment;

if signs of poisoning appear - nausea, dizziness, vomiting, increased heart rate, immediately leave the room with copying equipment, report the incident to the manager and consult a doctor;

If the equipment catches fire, turn off the power supply and take measures to extinguish the fire using a carbon dioxide or powder fire extinguisher, report the incident to the manager, call the fire brigade.

9. Safety requirements after completion of work

Upon completion of work, the employee engaged in the operation of copying and duplicating equipment is obliged to turn off the equipment; inspect and tidy up the workplace - remove paper from and near the surface of the equipment.

chemical substances released during the operation and repair of CMA (ozone, nitrogen oxide, toner) (soot included in the toner causes allergic diseases, has carcinogenic properties, nitrogen oxide affects the nervous system; ozone affects the respiratory system);

dangerous voltage level in the electrical network (can lead to electric shock;

elevated temperature of some parts of the equipment (fixing unit) (touching may cause burns).

1.5 The employee is required to undergo fire safety training, use only serviceable equipment, and know the rules of behavior during a fire. 1.6 The employee must notify the immediate supervisor of the equipment malfunction immediately after discovering the malfunction. 2 Labor protection requirements before starting work

2.1 Wear the required protective clothing.

2.3 Make sure that there is reliable insulation of the power cords of the devices (standard cords, without extensions), the serviceability of the electrical outlets (the insulating, current-carrying and grounding parts of the outlets must not be damaged), the presence of protective grounding.

2.4 If any malfunctions of the KMA are detected, you cannot begin work until they are completely eliminated.

2.5 Ventilate the room.

2.6 Make sure there is sufficient lighting in the workplace.

2.7 Connect the KMA to the electrical network and check its operation according to the operating instructions.

2.8 Immediately report all shortcomings and malfunctions at the workplace to your immediate supervisor and do not begin work until the problems are resolved.

It is PROHIBITED to start work:

in an unventilated area;

if there are no windows for natural light in the room with KMA;

in the absence of protective grounding devices;

in case of non-compliance with the standards of area and volume of premises per workplace (at least 6 m2 and 15 m3, respectively);

3 Labor protection requirements during work

3.1 Perform only work assigned by your immediate supervisor.

3.2 Do not allow persons unrelated to the assigned work to enter the workplace. Do not transfer the equipment to another person.

3.3 It is prohibited to lean on the document holder glass or place any objects other than the original on it.

3.6 All maintenance work on the device should be carried out only after disconnecting it from the power supply.

3.7. Throughout the working day, it is necessary to keep the workplace tidy and clean, and not to block the passages.

3.8 To ensure safety, the following requirements must be observed:

Maintenance and repair of faulty KMAs must be carried out by a KMA maintenance specialist;

Electrical equipment, electrical wiring and fittings of the lighting network must be reliably insulated and protected from the effects of high temperature, mechanical damage, chemical influences and contact with water, oil and other liquids.

PROHIBITED:

use homemade fuses, faulty tools and other random objects;

place containers with any liquids on the KMA body;

leave the KMA switched on unattended, as well as during a power outage, during breaks in work, etc.;

remove jammed sheets without turning off the machine;

When removing a jammed piece of paper, touch the heating block.

3.9 If a foreign object (clip, staple) or liquid gets into the device, immediately turn it off and contact a device maintenance specialist.

4 Occupational safety requirements in emergency situations

4.1 In case of deviation from the normal operating mode (the appearance of extraneous noise, crackling noise, vibration, smell, smoke, sensation of the slightest electric current), immediately turn off the device and report to the head of the department. It is prohibited to turn on the device again without eliminating the malfunction by a device maintenance specialist.

4.2 In the event of a fire, immediately turn off the power supply to the device by turning off the circuit breaker on the wall or pulling out the power cord from the socket, notify the fire brigade by phone..., notify the foreman or a superior and begin extinguishing the fire using available fire extinguishing means. 4.3. In the event of an accident with you or another employee, stop work, notify the foreman, provide first aid to the victims and go to the health center in person or call...

5 Labor protection requirements upon completion of work

5.2 Ventilate the room.
