1. These Rules establish the procedure for paying compensation for the use of personal transport (cars and motorcycles) for official purposes and the procedure for reimbursement of expenses associated with the use of said transport for official purposes (hereinafter referred to as compensation, personal transport, reimbursement of expenses) by federal government civil servants , official activity which is associated with constant business trips in accordance with their official duties (hereinafter referred to as civil servants).

2. To receive compensation and reimbursement of expenses, a civil servant submits an application to the employer’s representative indicating information about the execution of which job responsibilities and how often personal transport is used.

A copy of the vehicle registration certificate (with presentation of the original) is attached to the application.

3. The decision on payment of compensation and reimbursement of expenses is made by the employer’s representative within 10 days from the date of receipt of the civil servant’s application, taking into account:

the need to use personal transport to perform official duties associated with constant business travel;

time of use of personal transport for business purposes;

the volume of budgetary allocations provided for by the relevant federal government body in the federal budget to support its activities.

4. Maximum size compensation per month should not exceed size limit this compensation, provided for in the annex to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2013 N 563.

5. Reimbursement of purchase costs fuels and lubricants produced according to actual costs, confirmed by relevant documents (invoices, receipts, cashier's checks and etc.).

1.
