I would really like to say my warmest words of gratitude to the management of the sanatorium - everything is at a very decent level. Special thanks to Khairullina N.R. - a real doctor, a professional in his field. We were treated for 2 weeks and received all the necessary courses: massage, mud therapy, magnetic and electrical procedures, water treatments, drinking mineral water and herbal teas. We were very pleased with the food in the dining room (buffet). Everywhere is clean and tidy: the territory, the medical building, the rooms, the dining room. And yet I would like to especially mention the massage therapist Ya.O. Davydov, water aerobics trainer Nadezhda, and maid Ermakova Vera.
But there are some wishes: I would like separate male and female mud therapy sessions, separate children’s visits to the pool for parents and children.

We rested in the sanatorium at the end of April 2019. My opinion is 50/50. Of the BIG ADVANTAGES. These are: 1) good location. We traveled from Zeleny Dol by taxi for 15 minutes. 2) quickly registered the settlement. We had the 2nd building, a junior suite for one. Simply gorgeous! 3) perfect cleanliness in the rooms and in the medical building. 4) Everything is new and clean. 5) excellent swimming pool, high-quality treatment (naphthalan, mud, massage). Everything is great. Pleasant staff, hospital staff. 6) the food is good (we had a buffet), delicious medicinal water.
Now about the MINUSES: Throughout the entire territory of the sanatorium there is only one scale for weighing in the exercise therapy room. Of course, you can get by, but I still wanted to know my weight. The sound on the TV was bad. They constantly turned to the maid to call the master. Perhaps the antenna above the sanatorium is not installed? The film “Love and Doves” was shown in the cinema and concert hall two weeks ago. The film is wonderful. But usually in sanatoriums they show films that are released to the public screen a month later or even later. And finally, the worst thing: this is the music pouring out of the speakers from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. One speaker faced the entrance (this is where you can turn on music), and the second speaker hung in front of the sports complex, next to our second building. This is absolute hell. Closing the window and turning on the TV at full power, nothing helped. On the street, walking under this megaphone, you cannot hear the birds singing. We complained to the maid. She was told in the concert hall that it was none of her business. We were told that no one except us had ever complained. We replied that we were probably the craziest vacationers they came across. We went to the hall, asked to turn down the volume, they did it for 10 minutes and again to the fullest extent. We REALLY love music: any styles, music of different nationalities, BUT not in the sanatorium. WE CAME FOR TREATMENT, but we will listen to music at the conservatory, at a concert. It's a shame that they didn't listen to us. But the music is heard only in building 2, and in the others it is very weak. Apparently that's why no one complained. You can't fall asleep at lunchtime.
And one last thing.
In the exercise therapy room I did EHF on the stomach, there is a chair and a bench there. On the banquette, a man was doing his procedures, and I had to lift up my jacket in front of him to accept my procedure. Again, no one fell apart. But this is unethical. The same thing happens in the mud therapy room. I understand: there are a lot of people, everyone needs to be accepted. But this is a matter for management. Let him think about new areas. And then a woman, either in swimming trunks or panties, wrapping herself in a diaper, goes to wash her knees to the screen where the shower is, slides along the floor on a diaper so as not to stain the floor (you can fall down), past men, women sitting on chairs in the common room, wrapped in blankets and treating their knees. In Belarus we made mud all over the spine. And how then: walk past everyone naked? Or don’t they do dirt on your back here? It's very pressing. Still, I would like some kind of intimacy, perhaps, during such procedures. And everything is fine. At these prices, it’s a pretty decent sanatorium, with the exception of some items. I really liked the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium. Comfortable, spacious room, helpful staff. The food is very tasty, although the made-to-order dishes on the buffet floor are very small portions. There is little entertainment, it can be boring in the evenings. I think I'll come again.
