Personal card employee in the form of T-2 is a unified form of primary accounting for information on the current and dismissed personnel of the enterprise. It is a document consisting of eleven sections, of which the first, second, third and ninth (if the person has the appropriate rights) is filled with a job. Item 1. Fill over the header

Paragraph 2. General

We enter the work experience at the date of filling the personal card, i.e. at the time of reception. We take information from the employment record.

The overall experience is a period of work, which gives the right to retire old age.

Continuous experience is a period of work, which is taken into account when calculating benefits, including temporary disability.

The experience, giving the right to surpask for service, is the time of work in certain organizations and institutions and in certain positions, for example:

  • in the apparatus of the Defense Council of the Russian Federation;
  • in the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation;

The T-2 card does not contain a section on insurance experience, so our example of filling out the personal card of the T-2 employee contains only a common work experience, information about which is in the employee's employment book. Item 3. Military accounting information

Perhaps the most difficult section in this document is filled on the basis of:

  • certificates of a citizen to be called for military service (recruits);
  • either military ticket (staying in stock).

The seventh item is subject to fill if:

Paragraph 4. Acceptance of work and translations

Point 5. Certification

Paragraph 7. Vacation

This includes information about all vacations:

  • annual;
  • educational;
  • without salary salary;
  • additional paid, etc.

If the employee works at the enterprise for a long time and on vacation runs periodically, sooner or later the columns will end. In this case, it is necessary to make an additional sheet in which the partition table is duplicated. The sheet must be glued into the T-2 card.

In practice, there are situations where the release date of an employee from vacation does not coincide with the date indicated in the order (due to illness or recall from vacation). In this case, it is necessary to neatly cross the incorrect entry (but to do it so that the old entry is read!) And make a new, correct. On the T-2 fields, you need to write a "corrected", indicate the details of the document, in connection with which the timing shift occurred, the signature, decoding and the position of the personnel service specialist, which recorded the change.

Item 8. Social benefits and additional information

These sections are filled on the basis of documents confirming the rights of employees to the appropriate benefits, with reference to the regulatory documents that these benefits are established.

No need to be frightened: if a person is a beneficiary, he will bring the necessary documents in which everything is written, and if it does not apply to this category, it is not necessary to fill these sections.

Item 9. Dismissal of the employee

This includes information from the order to terminate the employment contract in the formulations that are indicated in the layout of the dismissal.

Personal cards are stored in special nomenclature folders, separately from personal affairs and orders for employment (although it would be more logical to keep them together).

Is it possible to do without a personal card

Whether the personal card is permissible in electronic form

Most of the document management today is translated from the paper form to the electronic, it reduces the likelihood of errors, unloads the employees responsible for it and reduces the number of errors. But not all documents can move from paper carriers solely in digital form.

Personal card, in addition to making certain data, allowing existence in a digitized form, provides for a mandatory employee visa in cases of making changes to the employment record or publication of orders regarding:

  • internal translation;
  • dismissal.

Any new entry in labor or published on an employee Order should be reflected in the personal card. An employee needs to be familiar with the changes that are confirmed by its painting.

Documents for filling the T-2 card card

Military Accounting Personal Card

A personnel employee when making data to the T-2 form should be guided by the established standards. If incorrect encodings are made in the card, it is considered spoiled. Only certain codes are needed. Their decryptions can be found in guidelines or directly in the form of T-2.

Filling T-2 military accounting

Personal card consists of four pages. All information in it is divided into 11 thematic blocks. The first two pages are filled with an employee to work, 3-4 pages - in the process of its work. Legislation does not prohibit T-2 in electronic form. When checking the form, it will have to be printed.

Note. It is worth considering that individual entrepreneurs were released from the filing cards in the form of T-2.

The following data contributes to the document header:

  • the name of the organization (reduction is unacceptable);
  • its OKPO code;
  • oKUD code (Personal Card code)
  • address of the organization.

After this section goes a table. It fills in the date and table number of the employee who is assigned to him when taking a job. It is worth noting that in employment, the employee is not obliged to provide the Inn. Therefore, this field can be left blank.

After that, indicate such data:

  • SNILS. This is the insurance number. Its filling is mandatory. If an employee gets to work for the first time, SNILS gives him an employer.
  • "Alphabet". This field is intended to indicate the first letter of the employee's name.
  • Character of work. Here you need to specify how the employee is decorated: temporarily or constantly.
  • Floor. It is indicated by the letters "M" and "F."

The T-2 form is filled with employees who will work at the main place of work. For part-books do not need to start cards.

Then make data on the birth of an employee: date (it is necessary to take into account the recommendations on coding), place of birth (no more than 100 characters). If an employee has dual citizenship, this fact should be displayed in the document. It is necessary to specify the name of the states, whose citizen is an employee. Section 1 - encoding. Its filling is considered the most difficult. Errors in it are not allowed.

Designations:

  • OKIN - employee citizenship code (1 - citizen, 2 - Double citizenship, 3 - foreign citizen, 4 - individuals without citizenship).
  • OKATO - Code of the settlement. He approved by Resolution No. 413 of the State Standard of the Russian Federation.
  • Oxo - specialty or profession code. It is affixed on the basis of information in the diploma of the educational institution.

After filling, this section must sign an employee.

Encoding information about marriage:

All encodings should be a personnel worker. The person who is being done to know them is not obliged.

How to fill in T-2 "Military Accounting"

This item needs to be filling out on the basis of a military ticket or certificate. These documents, the employee provides when taking a job.

So, in the first paragraph make data about the employee who is a stock officer. Count "Citizens to be called" is not filled. In the second paragraph "Military title" indicate the position of military accountable according to the recording in a military bill. 4 item - "Full Code Designation of VUS". It is filled in accordance with information in a military ticket. You must specify the complete designation of the department. For example, "113194a".

Encoding:

  • A - suitable;

7 item - "consists on military accounting." This section is filled with a simple pencil. The string "A" is intended to be entered into information in cases of a mobilization prescription or (s) printing on issuing and withdrawal of mobilization prescriptions. The line "B" is designed to make information about citizens who are booked for the organization for the period of hostilities or at mobilization time. Count "Citizens to be called" is not filled.

8 item is "mark of removal from military accounting." This is possible if the employee has reached a certain age or he has been removed from military accounting due to disrepair to military service. Filling in the following sections in the T-2 card

3 Block "Receive to work. Translations. " Errors in filling this section are not allowed. All data are made on the basis of the order of the head of acceptance of the new employee. Information in this block and the employment book should be similar.

4 Section - "Certification". It indicates such data:

  • date of certification;
  • decision of the attestation commission;

  • type of advanced training;
  • the name of the educational institution in which the employee studied;
  • type of document (certificate or diploma).

In the category "base" of this section, you can specify anything. In some cases, it reflects information on the order in which it is said about the direction of the employee for advanced training courses.

In the 7th section of "Promotion and Awards" indicate the types of encouraging employee. They can be applied on the basis of his work. These include material promotion, state awards and so on.

8th section - "Vacation". It indicates all vacations that have been provided with an employee. The basis for completing this section is orders to provide vacations. You must specify the dates of the beginning and end of vacations. In addition, the table reflects leave without salary salary.

The 9th section indicates information on the provision of an employee of benefits.

10 Section - "Additional Information". In this block, you need to specify the information on the employee's training at additional courses, the correspondence department of the university and the other. In some cases, taking into account the specifics of work in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the need for additional documents may be provided.

When filling in P.5 "Knowledge of a foreign language" section 1 forms indicates the degree of knowledge of the language: "I own freely", "I read and can explain", "I read and translate with the dictionary."

Work experience (general, continuous, giving the right to allowed long service, giving the right to other benefits established in the organization and others) is calculated on the basis of records in the employment record and (or) other confirming the relevant work experience.

If you change the information about the employee, the relevant data is made to his personal card, which are certified by the signed personnel officer.

The main documents on the basis of which Section II "Information on Military Accounting" are filled:

  • military ID (or a temporary certificate issued instead of a military ticket) - on citizens who are in stock;
  • a certificate of a citizen to be called for military service - on citizens to be called for military service.

On citizens staying in stock:

  • p.1 "Inventory category" on the officers of the stock is not filled;
  • p.3 "Composition (profile)" is filled without abbreviation (for example, "team", "medical" or "soldiers", "sailors", etc.);
  • p.4 "full code designation VUS" - a complete designation is recorded (six digits, for example "021101" or six digits and an alphabet sign, for example, "113194a");
  • p.5 "The category of fitness for military service" - recorded by letters: A (suitable for military service), b (suitable for military service with minor restrictions), in (limited to military service) or g (temporarily uncommon to military service ). In the absence of records, the category "A" is affixed in the corresponding paragraphs;
  • p.7 "Consists of military registration" Fills (simple pencil):
    • row a) - In cases of having a mobilization prescription and (or) a stamp on issuing and withdrawal of mobilization prescriptions;
    • string b) - on citizens booked for the organization for the mobilization period and for wartime.

On citizens to be called for military service:

  • points: P.1 "Inventory category", p.3 "Composition (profile)", p.4 "Complete code designation VUS" and p. 7 "consists of military accounting" are not filled;
  • p.2 "Military title" - the recording is made "subject to call";
  • p.5 "The category of fitness for military service" - recorded by letters: A (suitable for military service), b (suitable for military service with minor restrictions), in (limited to military service), g (temporarily unnecessary to military service ) or d (not suitable for military service). Filled on the basis of an entry in the certificate of the citizen to be called for military service;

Filling the items specifically not specified in the instructions are made on the basis of information from the listed documents.

In clause 8 of the II Personal Card section of a citizen who has reached the limit age in stock, or a citizen who is recognized as notable for military service for health state, a mark is made in a free line "Shot from military registration by age" or "is removed from military accounting as of state Health. "

In the section "Acceptance for work, transfers to another job" with each entry introduced on the basis of the order (orders) on employment (form N T-1 or N T-1A) and the order (orders) on transfer to another job ( Form N T-5), the administration is obliged to familiarize the employee under receipt in column 6 forms.

In the section "Vacation", all types of vacations provided by the employee during work in the organization are conducted.

The "Additional Information" section is filled in for the completeness of accounting for information about employees learning in educational institutions, accounting for working disabled people, etc.
