Purpose of the document Form ADV-1 in 2018 is required for registration of insured persons with the Pension Fund of Russia. It is necessary to obtain SNILS, if a person does not have one. The card contains certain data about an individual, among which are:

• surname, name, patronymic;
• date of birth;

• citizenship;
• the address where the person lives;
• registration address;
• contact information;
• the name of the identity document, indicating the series, number and date of issue, as well as the authority that issued it;

The document in question must be submitted to the FIU in relation to individuals who are registered as insured in the FIU's accounting system for the first time (who do not have SNILS). The document must be signed personally by the citizen. If he does not have the opportunity to do this (for example, due to being on a business trip), the form is certified by a representative of the employer with reference to the fact that the employee went on a business trip.
