Back in 2017, the Pension Fund approved a new reporting form on the length of service of employees - SZV-K. Reporting is not provided by all insurers, but only by those who have received an individual request from representatives of the FIU. The information to be included in the form relates to the length of service of individuals for periods up to and including 31.12.2001.
The unified form of the SZV-K document, the instructions for filling out are established by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation No. 2p of 01/11/2017. OKUD code is not set.
SZV-K form in 2019
Many accountants and employees of the personnel department are familiar with this form of reporting. Information was provided to the FIU in 2003 and 2004 using a similar form. Reporting information reflected the length of service of employees until the end of 2001.
SZV-K: deadlines 2019
There is no current regulation that would establish the deadlines for submitting the report. In the request of the territorial office of the Fund, the deadline for providing data will be indicated. Usually, one month is given for the formation and provision of information. But there are urgent requests, when several days are given to collect and send information.
Reporting in the form should be provided on paper if the organization employs no more than 24 people. If the staff is 25 or more people, you can only report electronically.

The form of the document consists of four sections:
- Information about the insured person. Includes: SNILS, full name, date of birth and place of residence. This information is filled in on the basis of a passport and an insurance certificate. For the indicator “territorial living conditions”, an empty value is allowed in the absence of supporting documents.
- Reporting form type. Choose from the suggested types and check the box. Initial - when submitting information for the first time, corrective - when changing the information of the original SZV-K about the length of service or other information about the insured person, canceling - to cancel the information provided earlier.
- periods of activity. The section includes information on the periods of work experience of the insured person until 12/31/2001 on the basis of a work book. We fill in the name of the organization, the code of the type of activity (required), to determine it, we use Appendix No. 1 of the Resolution of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation No. 2p.
- Information for assessing the pension rights of the insured person as of 01.01.2002. The total length of service of the employee until 2002 is indicated, including the length of service that gives the right to apply for early retirement. It is filled in in accordance with paragraph 33 of the instructions of the Resolution of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation No. 2p.
An inventory of documents in the ADV-6-1 form is attached to the prepared report. Otherwise, the Pension Fund will not accept the report.

- From 01/01/1978 to 09/01/2001 he worked as a mechanic in the regional hospital of the city of Surgut.
The city of Surgut is equated to the regions of the Far North, we establish territorial conditions in accordance with the Resolution of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation No. 2p.
Mitin D.D. works in GBOU DOD SDYUSSHOR "ALLURE" as a "watchman".
- the employment contract was concluded on 01/21/2017;
- from 01/01/1996 to 12/21/1997 he worked as an orderly in the burn department of the Orenburg Regional Hospital;
- from 12/22/1997 to 12/31/1999 he was transferred to the position of a nurse in the operating room of the burn department of the Orenburg Regional Hospital;
- From 01/01/2000 to 12/21/2001 he was transferred to the position of a surgeon in the operating room of the burn department of the Orenburg Regional Hospital.
Work in the positions of "doctors, middle and junior staff of burn departments" is recognized as work with harmful conditions, therefore, we set the code for special working conditions in accordance with the Resolution of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation No. 2p.

How to fill out SZV-K if there is no experience
If a request was received from the territorial branch of the PFR for a dismissed employee or for an employee who does not have entries in the work book for the required period, then the information does not need to be filled out. In this case, prepare a rejection letter detailing the reason why the information cannot be provided. Let's consider the situation with an example.

SZV-K storage periods and liability
Documents containing individual information about the length of service must be kept for at least 75 years (Article 22.1 125-FZ and Article 905 of the Order of the Ministry of Culture No. 558). If the reporting forms are prepared and submitted in electronic form, it is possible to organize the storage of documentation in electronic format. The order is reflected in the accounting policy, familiarize the responsible persons under the signature.
The official request of TOPFR indicates not only the deadlines for providing information, but also the responsibility provided for failure to provide information or for indicating erroneous data. The specific amounts of fines and penalties are not established by law.
At the same time, based on the information provided in the SZV-K form, the amount of the pension is determined. If you provide incorrect data that will lead to the appointment of an overstated pension, the PFR has the right to sue for compensation for material damage (Article 25 173-FZ), so it is important to provide reliable information.
