  • a self-developed document, again - with the approval of the director.

The staffing table can be called an "impersonal document". After all, it does not write about specific employees. And about how many positions in total, what salaries are used for what. Specific people are appointed to a particular position, when the head has already filled out the staff list, confirms his admission.

The main thing is to avoid that the same positions have different salaries. Then it will be easier to avoid disputes.

Formation of the staffing table

The staffing should become part of the office work at a particular enterprise. The development, creation of the document is carried out by an employee whose corresponding duty is prescribed in the instructions.

The director may decide that the personnel officer or the chief accountant will deal with this case. This work can be taken by the director himself.

Staffing is most often made up a year in advance. From the moment the director approves the document, the latter becomes a local normative act. This is the basis on which all office work in the enterprise is built.

In accordance with the staffing table, the following should be carried out:

  1. Internal transfers.
  2. Registration of new employees.

This is especially true of the common names of positions and structural units.

When necessary, the staffing can be adjusted. You can decide to create a new document if the changes are considered significant. Otherwise, everything remains in the old.

The unified form of the T-3 timetable was approved by Roskomstat. You can design your own form, but it cannot do without the following fields:

  • the total number of workers;
  • surcharges to , if applicable;
  • general salaries;
  • the number of units that were opened in the state for each of the specialties;
  • list of positions for each of the departments;
  • name of structural divisions.

Dating is done twice. When compiling, and then - when approving. Be sure to indicate the time during which the staffing will remain in force. But it is not necessary to specify the exact expiration date.

The procedure for compiling the staffing table

The scheduling process looks like this:

  1. First comes the name of the company, which is filled in according to the registration documents.
  2. Next, go to the name of the document itself, its date and number.

Column No. 1 is devoted to the name of the units. Private firms can operate here at their own discretion. Industry and all-Russian regulatory documents are used when it comes to state-owned enterprises and companies with special conditions.

Classifiers, reference books in the direction of activity will help here. This is due to the fact that some categories of employees are given additional benefits. All names are put only using the nominative case.

In the second column put the number of the division assigned to each of the departments. So it is more convenient to build a hierarchy, apply digital designations.

Column No. 3 describes positions, professions and digits. Everything should go in descending order.

4 columns - a place where they write about the number of staff units provided for each of the posts. Here the organization can rely on its needs. It is acceptable to use partial rates.

In column No. 5, salaries or tariff rates are set for each of the posts. The currency must be rubles. You can use not specific values, but a range in numbers for those who occupy certain positions.

Columns 6-8 are usually devoted to salary increments in rubles.

Column 9 describes the total monthly salary for a particular position.

Box 10 is usually associated with notes regarding vacancies, if available in the organization.

If the company does not use a salary, but a different remuneration scheme, then it is necessary to indicate exactly which unit is used in the calculations. It is not allowed to reduce mandatory columns, although it is possible to make additions when necessary. If the column is not needed, then it simply remains empty.

Staffing tables can consist of several sheets at once. Then the document must be stapled, and the pages numbered. On the reverse side of the stitching, the director puts his signature and seal on the certification inscription.

The form itself can not be supplemented with the seal of the organization. On the last sheet, only the head, the chief accountant, as well as the heads of departments need to sign.

Staffing tables are not established as a mandatory document for everyone, even in the current legislation this is not written. But the document helps to understand the overall structure and labor costs. It is simply easier for a manager to get the big picture if he has all the necessary information at hand.
